Moreau is the largest Barrel supplier
in the world with cooperages in Bordeaux,
Burgundy and Nappa. Seguin Moreau
makes a range of barrel sizes including
205L, 225L, 228L, 265 L, 300L, 420L,
500L and 600L as well as custom made
tanks and casks. Seguin Moreau have
strict control over the origin of
the wood they buy to make barrels.
They were the first cooperage to enter
an exclusive agreement with a stave
mill, to work directly with the French
ONF (French Forestry Commission) to
achieve eco-certification as well
as the first cooperage to supply carbon-neutral
barrels. Wood origins include: French,
American, Russian and Eastern European.
